"The festival was created in response to the need to provide space and motivation for local and regional artists who lack sufficient opportunities to express themselves. Our mission is to raise awareness of the importance of art, as well as the significance of competition as a means of motivation. We want this festival to be a place for knowledge and experience exchange, bringing together students, professors, and artists, and creating new opportunities for artistic development."
Trebinje
The festival is located in the beautiful Trebinje, a city in the southeast of Bosnia and Herzegovina, just 20 kilometers from Dubrovnik. Trebinje is known as the city of "sun and plane trees". Trebinje has about 260 sunny days a year and is one of the sunniest cities in Europe. The proximity of the sea and the Mediterranean climate make it one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
